I'm just dropping by to say that Blue Bell Gingerbread House is legit. And dare I say that I prefer it over Cinnamon Buns - and keep in mind that I'm a total premium ice cream whore, lol. Sorry, no money shots. I still can't figure out how to upload images from my iphone. Also, this stuff has almost as much ginger bread mixed in as Cookies & Milk has cookies in it.

x3... Speaking of Gingerbread.. I saw a Gingerbread house flavor from Safeway's house brand.. Has anyone had this or can recommed it? It was only 2.99 for a half gallon, so it wouldnt be much of a loss for me to pick it up, but just wanted to see had anyone else had it..

FYI Publix supermarkets in Florida (not sure about anywhere else) has BOGO on Ben and Jerry's or Starbucks pints starting tomorrow.

Scooped the Late Night Snack last night.. It wasn't neccessarily bad, but wasn't great either.. The base was good, the caramel swirl was nice and plentiful.. the fudge covered potato chips were plentiful as well, but that was the issue... In many ways I feel like Ben and Jerry's missed the boat by not using chocolate covered pretzels instead of chips in this creation, it would still fit the overall "theme" of the pint and would taste a lot better. Similar in many ways to Oatmeal Cookie Crunch where they have chocolate chips where raisins would have been a more logical and better choice.. I would recommend people give the pint a try, but I don't think it would be among anyone's favs...

I maintain that the choice to go with potato chips was not the issue. I think it was more the execution of the chips that was lacking. I have had several non-BnJ's ice cream offerings that have chocolate covered pretzels as a mix-in, and all of them have been disappoint. What BnJ's did right with Chubby Hubby (and goofed on with LNS) was the size and quality of the mix-ins. Why weren't we getting big chunks of chocolate covered kettle chips or something? What's with these piddly little "clusters"? Honestly, I think the tiny/sparse distribution (my pint didn't have many at all) was pretty uncharacteristic of the company. I think a more generous helping of the caramel swirl might have helped as well.

On another note, although I think the chocolate chips in OCC work just fine, I do agree that some good raisin mix-ins would have been superior. Maybe it was an issue of maintaining their quality/texture after freezing? No one likes rock hard raisins. Then again, isn't Rum Raisin one of the flavors in the graveyard? I might be wrong on that. It could also be that raisins seem to be a very acquired taste amongst the general population, so they went with the more commercially marketable flavor. Maybe.

IMO the greeks arent worth the cals, would rather go froyo or something like front porch with a little less cals.

Had the oikos greek froyo the other day, the blueberry was better than blueberry B&J by a longshot and 1/2 the cals

Id have to agree with you however i love the pb banana one id waste the cals for it.......Reason im trying all of them is i plan to try as many ben and jerrys flavors as i can get a hold of

For those of you looking for the TCBY pints, my Walmart just got them all and has them all on sale. They have always had a few of the quarts, but never the pints (I had to get those at Hy Vee). Anyway...keep an eye out at your local one. They are fantastic and pretty much at the 600cal mark or lower for the whole thing.

Pumpkin Cheesecake was somewhat of a letdown for me. It wasn't as creamy as I thought it would be and it didn't have a very big graham cracker swirl either. The pumpkin base taste and texture wasn't much different than the Dreyer's Pumpkin.

Still, I'm glad I was able to try it.

Don't know how much of it you ate or if you ate the whole pint, as I had the same initial opinion after only 1 serving.. But after finishing off the rest of it, I definitely had a change in opinion towards the bottom of the pint!

Consider yourself lucky. Three out of those flavors are next to impossible to find here in the mid-west. DM, CB, OCC etc etc etc.

Even when I'm out in Los Angeles, I have to be extremely lucky to come across a pint of creme brulee.

Straight to Cliffs:
*No Oatmeal Cookie Chunk ANYWHERE near where I live.
*Had my eyes out when traveling since I do it for a living, and have yet to ever see OCC.
*Have asked all local stores to pick it up, so far to no avail.
*Took coupons for free pints to the one shop that carries Peanut Brittle.
*Came home victorious.

So....very....jelly.

Can't get OCC in Ohio and can't find PB any where. Feelsbadman

Didn't even know about Creme brulee until a few weeks ago...I want it but I've never seen it. I've heard of OCC around, my mom said it's one of her favs. Dublin mudslide is around here ost of the time I think.

The flavor I've wanted to try the most is Imagine Whirled Peace. Is this flavor discontinued or a Target exclusive? I cannot find it anywhere.

heath bar is good, creme brulee way underrated-its not overpowering but not bland, in NY can not find oatmeal cookie chunk! Not a fan of fish food, what a cluster is damn good though

On another Note, Anyone have any flavor suggestions for the tcby pints? Saw them at my local Walmart the other day but just glanced over them as there were a few other brands i was drawn towards.
Scooped Coffee Caramel Buzz tonight, Didnt even notice the whiskey Caramel Swirl which i had been anticipating as possibly an overpowering alchohol flavor. Toffee Pieces were large and Numerous. Overall not my favorite but it was worth adding to my list.

Picked up Haagen-Dazs Peppermint Bark last weekend and it was Amazing. I know a few people have talked about it on here, and admittedly thats why i tried it, glad i did. Will definitely be re-scooping before the season is up.

You know, the feature they just implemented for Cannoli (and future limited batches, I assume) should just be applied to all flavors in general. That would help out everyone trying to track down one of those hard-to-find pints as long as people participate...

This. Their flavor locator is borderline worthless to me. There are several flavors that I cant find on the finder but ARE carried locally in SEVERAL different stores regardless. I think too much gets lost in translation between BnJ, distributors, and the stores.
