    not sure if i should post here but

    not sure if this is strictly just personal trainers thread but

    if you had a client and there goal was to lose bodyfat in a certain area(for me buttox and thighs) but gain muscle at the same time what would you tell them to do ?

    and as im currently on a cut and lift 2-3 times a week with no cardio
