i really have no words to describe this why is it that just about every fat guy think they are buff and have to talk them self up i was at work and this fat security guard seen my work lunch all planned out for clean bulking and (THE FAT SECURITY GUARD) said: that **** is a wast of time just eat heaps of pizza and kfc and hit bench press a few times a week etc to get big thats what i did the doctor said im 40kgs over weight but i dissagree because i dont want to be a little bloke like your self (his weight 140kgs @6'1 waist 127cm) he also claimed he can do 300 sit ups ... haha i seriously see this all the time i have no idea why they think there buff how many of you know a fat **** that think they are a tank?

I told him me being 8% and him 30% he has 4.6 lbs of lean mass over me while being 2 inches taller
