Is your garage level or does it have slope to it like most garages? If it isn't level how do you decide what goes where?

It does have a slight slope near the doors. I use a few shims when I need to, but it is nothing major.

I actually moved 2 years ago, it SUCKED. I am so used to moving gym equipment that it does not bother me too much anymore.

i only have about 1/3 of the space you have man and i hate moving my stuff around. I can't imagine full blow machines that weigh hundreds of pounds each constantly moving aorund!
course i am sure you would agree it is fun and is also a workout lol.

The machines are usually no problem as most are plate loaded. Here are the hardest things to move in order:
1. Dumbbells (5-150). It destroys my back just unloaded and loading them back into the racks.
2. Hammer Strength Power Rack - it is just an absolute tank.
3. Cybex Assisted Chin / Dip - The weight stack as about 3-4 feet off the ground so it makes it difficult to control.
4. Cable Crossover - This is hard to move because unless I disassemble it I can only move each side a few inches at a time.
And previously my Nautilus Super Pullover (which I should have kept). That thing was super heavy, still not sure how I got it out of my truck without killing someone. We did not take out the weight stack when we moved it.

I know a guy who has two Nautilus Super Pullovers and wants to sell one. You can have your pick of a classic Nautilus Blue SP08, with a 200lb weight stack in the rear and two cool chain drives on even cooler aluminum cams or a pristine aqua green upholstered Second Gen with a 250lb stack on the left side of the machine.
You can thank me later!!

I have #1 and #2 on that list and also just moved into a new house. I could not agree more.

#2. If I can chime in, my opinion is subjective but I think the Hammer Strength Power Rack supersedes the dumbbells:
When assembling the Hammer Strength Power Rack, each upright alone probably weigh 100lb each. You're overhead pressing about another 100lb installing The Pull-Up Bar while at least one assistant bolts it in place.

I assembled the power rack alone. It was probably one of the most dangerous and stupid things I have done since starting to buy equipment. The sides and the pull up bar are heavy and difficult to manage, especially alone.
I guess the difference between the Hammer Rack and the dumbbells is once you have the few challenging pieces together on the Rack you are home free. Even if those pieces are very challenging. With the dumbbells you know going into it you have to un-rack 60 dumbbells and make sure they are out of the way for the time being, move the racks, then move and re-rack 60 dumbbells. Personally I rather bench 300lb once than 200lb twenty times, but of course, that is why it is subjective.

The gym is looking fantastic Mike! I really would like to try the endless rope piece you picked up; looks very interesting.
