See I have that same thought Nitro. My final goal is about 230-235, but I have a feeling that I will have to go lower to see the end result I want. I would really like to see 15% at some point in the next few years. I'm 6'5. I just don't want to end up looking like a string bean.

Saw your goal of 230-235 and thought omgwtf!! then realised you're 6'5" lol.
It funny how everybodyends up going lower than they thought they would. Im looking now to lose another 10lbs+ which i wasnt expecting but after that ill do a nice clean bulk to get my weight up again.Nitro's Transformation Thread veteran.

Apple Cider vinegar is also apparently good for weight/fat loss in that it has a positive effect on glucose levels, helps lower them and also helps flush toxins out.
Well I survived the company christmas party relatively unscathed, meaning I didn't gorge..... but the sudden rush of sugary carbs from the chinese food and one cookie I ate for desert, sprinkled with a coke(no diet drinks avail.) made me feel like a train wreck yesterday. I filled up on the veggie dish and rice, and less on everything else. Sunday I spent "de-toxing" lol. Lots of water, a great leg workout with cardio and protien/w. veggies only. Couple the xmas dinner with water retention also due to pms , I'd be happy with a maintain tomorrow!
Supps: Vitamins D, C & B Complex. Calcium & Mag. Normally I also take Omega 3 and Chromium but ran out. Copius amounts of whey protein. Once xmas shopping is paid for I'm placing a supp order!Last edited by webgodess; 12-12-2011 at 08:58 AM. Reason: added supps

I was 153.5 two days ago, then 154.8 this morning... But I drank so much fluids really late last night and I decided to start back on creatine since I am upping all my lifts, need the recovery.
I just don't care about weight right now (not meaning I am giving up, but more intent on just getting exercise and macros done right, if I do the weight WILL come off). After my sets last night, my chest looked 1.5x bigger and I was being all narcissistic in the mirror haha. I am going to keep to the 1700 net calories and lifting heavy 3 days and 30mins cardio on off days.
Nitro: you were doing a 2x lifting schedule right? heavy and light each week? Mind linking me to something along those lines (or anyone else doing this).ควายเผือก >_<

But, i'm not making the 2 on 1 off schedule.
I usually need an extra day here & there to recover.
I'm old and on a deficit. LOL!

I'm having a hard time keeping up with this thread. Everyone seems to be doing really great! Congrats on the near 100 club, Nitro!
I've made some mental changes in my game. Too many excuses, not enough taking charge of the situation. I have a goal, and I'm going to get to it. Besides, being on the bottom of the spread sheet for a GAIN, isn't pretty.Kristin "Never mind your failures today...get back on that horse and RIDE!"

Waaaay too many carbs today, this is due to the pulled pork that I had, too much sugars. so it was like 190 carbs and 150 protein....
Gonna change that tomorrow.
Started my EC stack, need to drop my sodium intake and up the potasium a tad.
But I feel fricking great on it, I missed ephedrine, helped me study the first time in college back in the early 2000'sควายเผือก >_<

Hit a bump eating-wise last week and especially the past weekend, but my lifts were pretty good. Weighed in today at 177 lbs, I'm a pound up. I guess I'm gonna take my sweet time chillin in the 170s? lol.
Had legs and shoulders today, and scrimmaged in water polo. First thing in the morning tomorrow is chest and biceps, woohoo, my favorite.

Well.. weighed in this AM at 223 lbs still. I got some color done on my sleeve (in the crease of the elbow) and have had a hard time working out as it is healing a bit poorly in one spot.. So i basically didnt workout since last wednesday. I didnt eat super healthy either thanks to early Xmas parties and such but I have managed to eat at maintenance. Didnt gain, didnt lose. My arms still is healing and I will be hitting cardio until its fully healed.. most likely this weekend! That will help shed a few pounds for next week. I need to stay focused with the food too!

Thought I was on par to have a great week. Early on I stepped on the scale and found that I had dropped about 3 pounds. For the rest of the week I lost 1 pound. My loss for the week is around 4 pounds which is consistent with my previous weeks, but damn, I was sure this was going to be a BIG week.
