Good job all. I finally lost 0.2 lbs from my lowest weight 2 weeks ago. LOL. Going to the gym soon. Arms/shoulders/deads today. Going to eat super good today so I can try to get another loss in before tomorrow.

Chest, shoulders, back today. Plus 30 minutes on the elliptical. Butt still aches from Monday's workout. And maybe some of the running I had to do last night.

Had a decent workout today. My lower back is still from deadlifts.
Macros are in for the day: 2,079 169 79 193(cals, carbs, fats, pro)... Feel really good about my food intake today. Should get a loss in the morning. Think I'll go and walk a couple miles tomorrow on the treadmill at the gym before I eat. I do plan on eating an entire pecan pie tomorrow. - Then strict eating for the next 10 days or so.Aug of 2010 - 330 lbs <--- Never Forget

Woopsie, forgot to send weight in yesterday!
Even after sticking VERY strict to my diet last week I weighed in this morning at 211.5. Skepticalhippo.jpg 2.5 lb gain with a rough deficit of 5250 for the week. Hoping it's just water and that I'll see a good woosh soon. This 209-211 back and forthing is starting to get to me, 3 weeks now... Maybe it's time to re-evaluate my caloric intake. Will see after another week

I decided im going to change things up starting tomorrow and and eat at maintenance for 4 weeks and then eat at a 500 calorie deficit for 2 weeks and repeat the cycle. This will be my 2012 plan.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

back up to 164 this morning. but I hate a lot of carbs yesterday.
My lifting is now spot on.
My diet is spot on.
I've been lax on cardio.
I want 160 by month end.
Time to hit that treadmill daily so I can maintain a proper deficit with at least 160g's of protein daily.
My goal is 155lbs by new yrs.
I don't know if i'll go lower than that.
It really depends on how I look.

Holy whoosh batman (down 2 lbs this morning). Going to annihilate an entire pecan pie today. Happy Thanksgiving to all my American friends!
Also, took caliper readings today. Body fat = 11.13% - my ab pinch reading decreased quite a bit in the past few weeks.

since its just me and my mom this Thanksgiving, we decided to abandon cooking a turkey for the day and have decided to have turkey inspired meals instead... therefore - turkey grilled cheese sandwiches and turkey omelets are on the menu for today lol and I've made a pumpkin pudding which is great in macros... if anyone is interested, here is the recipe:
Pumpkin Pudding.
Recipe:
- 1 can (15oz) pumpkin
- 1.5 cups of milk
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar/sweetener (~30g)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon/pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Combine and bake in a 9-inch pie dish at 350F for 50 minutes, and then allow to cool for at least 20 minutes to set.
approx. macros for the whole batch:
Fat 15.8g, Carbs 51.1g, Protein 22.7g____________________________

it'll be the second time i've made it and it still hasnt failed
yep, this year its just the two of us lol we've had a rough past 6 months though... parents just recently separated and my brother works nonstop along with his g/f (who lives with us) at our country club so they are actually there now lol but alls well and coming together once again... plus, most of our family lives in Florida... we've lived in VA for this long b/c my dad retired here but now that he's no longer in the picture we are hoping to move eventually____________________________

Weight was up 3 lbs today. I only ate my Thanksgiving meal yesterday. Nothing else after 3PM. My water intake was terrible. Going to fix that today. Also, getting my 3 year old boy today!! Will have him through Sunday morning. I haven't seen him in 3 months. So excited.
