    I underestimated how much fat I had & overestimated how long it would take to get rid of it after a certain BF%.

    That's perfect. At the beginning of October I overhauled my eating/training regimen according to leangains and the "losing fat for noobs pt. II" thread. This gives me time to adjust my plan and acclimate and, come Nov. 1st, start watching the fat fall off. In!

    This will be my 1st time guys, but I am certainly IN! I just subed into this thread and I will PM my starting weight by November 1st. Stingray72 invited me in, and I appreciate it bro. You have been a great motivator. I am a real short guy (height 5 feet 3 inches), and by losing weight, I am determined to be real light and lean by January 1st.

    My weight is 154 right now (Oct 14th), does anyone have any suggestions on how low I have to get in order to look, real cut and lean. I do a lot of running and I really plan to drop alot of weight and lose alot of fat between November 1st and January 1st. ---Good luck to everybody and lets do this together gang!

    I cant wait to finish this 12 week goal ill be at my overall goal and can eat 500 more calories. 2500 calories a day.

    I hope I can get down to at least 125 for this comp. The other one is almost over, time goes by soo fast which means I have no time to be screwing around for this one.
