If aliens exist, why would the government admit it? There's enough chaos in the world as it is... we don't need another thing to scare everyone. I believe they exist... I don't want to meet them, but I think they're out there, somewhere.

Years ago there was a radio astronomy station that picked up a signal, or so they thought, from a near by galaxy. They were convinced for about 24 hours that the signal was legit and were so sure they they ruled out terrestrial interference. Well the word got out and during that 24 hours only one small local paper called wanting to do a story about it. No major news papers or stations called. No blacked out helicopters or cars from the government came. There was little to no interest. Later they found their mistake and the signal was man made. Pretty much the complete opposite reaction of what people expect.
And the group of people in this country that report no ufo's are amatuer and professional astronomers. Is it really a shock that people whom are most familar with the night sky report no ufo's?
