I was wondering, how can one tell if they just have chest fat or gynecomastia? A while back I posted pictures on here and asked users if it looked like I had it and they all told me that it did look like I did and to go to a doctor. When I went to my doctor he checked me and felt around for anything and he told me that I didn't have gynecomastia but I should try to lower my bodyfat but I am still convinced that I have it. My bodyfat is around 14.5% and I have seen people that are way higher and it doesn't look like they have that pointy look on there chest.

From my time being on this site, i have seen so many people that think they have gyno.
Most times no one would notice anything unless you point it out and it is such a small thing.
If you are so concern have a second opinion, but IMO most people just have an issue in their heads."Do not subordinate fundamental principles to minor details."

I know the feeling but I know that mine is just fat. I always thought my BF was good its not awful but its like 17-18%. I look really lean with a sleeveless tshirt bc I have good arms and lean shoulders. I just finally started to do cardio bc ever since high school Ive only done weight training. I think lifting is the best but since I really want to cut 3-4% bf I need to add the running. I will do it 4-5 days a weekI guess and of course start watcthing my carbs. Mainly the bad carbs yesterday I ate half a pumpkin pie and some toast. Hell I wont be perfect but I will stop eating a lot of rice and bread like I have been. Anyways I like my body except my chest. Its not awful but its bigger the lower you get and and for sure doesnt look like a fitness models chest. Its just the fat but also another thing that can help is only doing incline work. This morning I did a chest WO and I did dumbell incline press 4 sets, smith machine barbell inlinf press 4 sets, hammer strength inline press 4 sets and finished off with some light pec decs to pump it out!. I think if its just my genectics that we carry chest fat and thats the last place for us to lose it. Im hoping if I get down to 14% I can get rid of it. When its not cold my nipples are a little puffy I hate it. Not gyno bc it goes away completely when I pump up and when I get out of shower or flick them lol. Just soft fat.
