Uhhhh........good thread, 5 stars.
"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

Yep.. It's almost like I am getting to know my body for the first time all over again. I lay in bed and feel the separation between my abs. I look in the mirror to see where veins are coming and going. I take pictures of myself almost every single day now.
Was looking at my forearm in some weird flattering lighting a couple of days ago, and I remember thinking to myself that my forearm looked like anatomy model. I could see so many things that I've never noticed before. So strange.Aug of 2010 - 330 lbs <--- Never Forget

All the time. More so when the wifey wont give me any. Ha.
Oh, the newfound body, yup. I am constantly rubbing up and down the 6 newly emerged hardspots on the ol tummy, and the emerging adronis belt.
As for miss chill, .thats 2 for sweetjesus.jpegNot stopping cut till I look good "douche'n it up" by running without a shirt

Yes, I'm constantly flexing at work and feeling my arms. Sometimes it's a little difficult to stop. There's also a full sized mirror in the restroom and I enjoy a good stare down at myself.
It's probably only going to get worse as my weight decreases. It's okay though.
