Just like when you start working out and feeling your muscles...
i keep feeling up all the spots that are becoming more visible. alot of bones, muscle insertions, and veins
i also keep feeling on my lymph nodes, because even though they always been there. i never felt it.
i am the leanest I have been my whole life and i cant stop touching myself
anyone else? lol

Big time. I touch myself all the frigin time! It really is like a whole new body I have never had before. There are things taht show up every single day I didnt know I had. I spend more time in front of the mirror checking myself out than ever before. I think its normal lol

Yes, I'm constantly flexing at work and feeling my arms. Sometimes it's a little difficult to stop. There's also a full sized mirror in the restroom and I enjoy a good stare down at myself.
It's probably only going to get worse as my weight decreases. It's okay though.
