In this thread, Whizkyy will post a 200X10 bench with 14 inch arms @ 140pounds
Ok.
Whizkyy claims that after 5 months of training,that at 140pounds with 14 inch arms he can fully Bench 200 for 10 reps.
This brings his 1 REP max to be about 265,most likely a little more.
In this thread,Whizkyy will support his claims since he believes he is big with 14 inch arms,big at 140 pounds,and believes he can bench 200x10(~265 max) after lifting for 5months or less.
Please take a video of your 200x10 full reps on bench so we can all watch

Yeah,and he has 14 inch arms,and has lifted less than 5 months.

My max was 260 at 145 pounds, it's possible. But I trained longer then 5 months so I'm curious to see.

im 5ft 6 70kg (154lb) and can do 90kg which is aprox 200lb? so its not unrealistic ... but the guy does seem like a douche trolling

I do not understand why you would make a thread about this:
First off, who cares what he said on here.Its the internet you think people never lie on here.
2. This is a bodybuilding site, which is suppose to help each other grow bigger/stronger, whats the point in arguing over who lifts more?
