    Slightly overweight = Cut or Bulk first? (Beginner to weight-lifting)

    As the title states. I'm overweight at 76KG, 5 foot 8'. Mostly fat anyway. So, what should I do? Bulk and throw even more fat on the fat I already have, or cut first to lose the fat then build on a slim body?

    Please, any feedback appreciated.

    Do you have any photos? If you feel self-conscious about your fat, then cut.
