    Pull Up Bar EXERCISES help ;)

    Hi. I'm new in this forum, I wanted to ask if you can tell me some Pull Up Bar exercises. Did anyone see Never Back Down 2? The michael jai white pull up bar exercise at that movie it's awesome xD. Plz post some Pull Up bar exercises .
    I'm 15 years old and i'm kinda tall.

    No clue how you'd work your legs while doing pull ups.

    hanging str. leg raises hit the quads big time if i recall???

    Doubt it, hanging leg raises are more likely to hit the hip flexors, then abs. You'd work your quads about as much if you were doing knee extensions sitting on a chair, same resistance.
