the last time I discussed this subject the general consensus was that I'd eventually lose the fat in my belly and that I would end up with a nice, firm belly if I continued working out and losing weight.
So I did that, and I have lost some of my belly fat.
But now it is very evident that I have sagging skin. It's noticeable when I stand up and painfully obvious when I bend over. I'm not surprised that I ended up with sagging skin, by the way, since I have been fat all my life and just recently lost approximately 50 pounds.
Any way to make that skin firm other than submitting myself to a surgical procedure?

Lifting weights + getting enough protein + losing it 'not too quick' is best way to dodge loose skin.
I lost a whole person in 1 year and have 0 loose skin, thanks to maintaining/gaining (noob) muscle mass.
Notice most biggest loser contestants losing 'muscle AND fat' and end up looking like smaller versions of their former selves at the end of the 6 months, kind of seems ridiculous to me.-80 kgs in 15 months.
-100 kgs goal (75kgs bodyweight)
Abs on a skinny guy is like a fatgirl with big tits, it doesn't count.
