On website it's:
My home > Friends > click on friend's name > then click view diary
I found out how to view my friends on the app but I don't see anywhere to click to view diary on the app
EDIT: Just found thread on their forums that says they don't allow viewing of friends' diaries on the phone app yetxbox gt: kurozorz

Thanks again! Yeah, I can see my friends but I can't see the diaries anywhere. I've only used the app so far and not the site, but it's no biggie to just check the site once a day or so. I know my girlfriend really wants to look at mine, though, so I'll pass along the info to her.
Danielle xoxo

I didn't know about this site at all. Thanks for posting about it. I can't wait to try it and would look forward to anyone's feed back. I get so damn confused..what to eat, when to eat, pre workout-post workout, macro's etc etc. It get's to a point where it seems pointless some days. I'll repost a user name when I get all signed up and maybe you can add me. I would like to add you all if it's ok.

You have to train your mind the same way you train your body. You must protect it against the negative and feed it with the positive. Be mindful of what you watch, what you read and who you allow to influence you. Learn to consider your thoughts emotions and actions. Trust your gut face your fears head on and never quit. AJ Roberts

Well it's always nice to have company in the boat ... LOL!
I went back yesterday and added in all my meals/workouts since I started my new plan. Thankfully it was only 2 weeks so it didn't take too long. I like the format, except I had to enter all my exercises in by hand because I couldn't find them. I'm ok with that though.
On a side note: Does anyone have a good website that calculates calories burned during weight lifting?!? I used to have one and can't find it.

I found this one: http://www.fitday.com/webfit/exerciseinfopage.html
But I think it really depends on your heart rate, amount of rest time, etc? I don't know if you could accurately calculate that unless you reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaly went into detail.

There's another one. I wonder if there is a more accurate one out there? I'll let you know if I see one.xbox gt: kurozorz

Cool thanks I'll keep my eye out too. I wanted an estimate moreso than an EXACT since I know that's pretty hard to figure out. But I know that I burned more than 200 cal doing weight training, that seems kinda low. I'll check this one out this weekend. HOpefully it'll do what I need Now I'm off to the gym to start off my weekend!
