I am trying to lose some weight, mainly my beer gut, but I also want to gain muscle mass. I was recommended Cyto Gainer from a friend. This has great reviews from what Ive seen, but I am worried that I wont be able to lose fat while on it because it is a weight gainer. Muscle weight I know, but my knowledge of this is close to none so im unsure if these goals clash. My workouts are not very cardio intensive either btw. Will i be able to tone up my stomach and gain muscle mass at the same time while on Cyto Gainer? I am 6'2, 200lbs, and 24 yrs old if that matters.
What post workout supplement would you recommend given my goals and situation? Much appreciated.
