I just came across this old picture of me from about 7 years ago. I was around 150lbs and now I'm around 185lbs. I haven't been lifting seriously for 7 years, maybe more like 4. And I've really only been doing it correctly with a good routine and diet for about 2 years or so. I've been lifting with a focus on strength for the last couple years. This is the result. What do you think? I think after I've met my current strength goals I'm going to move onto a routine that focuses on aesthetics only and probably stick with that for a while.
I know the poses in the pictures suck. I didn't take them specifically for this purpose.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I wish I had started doing what I have been for the last couple years 7 years ago. I was way more concerned with partying and fast food back then. I went to the gym on a semi regular basis back then but looking back on it I didn't really know what i was doing. My routine was junk. I was also basically poor back then so my diet was pretty much the "see food" diet.
anyway, thanks!

eh, i dunno. I'm around 13% right now. I don't think that's too bad really. I don't don't feel particularly fat right now or anything. If I take time to lean out it's gonna jack up my progress in the strength training. That's what I'm working on right now. I'll probably save the cutting for a while. sometime after I've met my strength goals and also had time to work on adding mass after that.
