What's up guys! I thought I would share my 12 weeks of dedicated dieting and training. A little background: I hit the gym for the first time back in February 2010 I was 160lbs. By April 2011 after a little over a year of bulking and focusing on powerlifting I was at 188. July 4th I began my 12 week diet:
I finished off at 163lbs. I am dieting till November 21st looking to drop to a 3-4% body fat and compete. Check out my bodyspace as I have over 100 progress photos- week after week.
I am also doing my 'I AM JUGGERNAUT' Challenge which you can check out my detailed log into training and nutrition here:

I would luv to hear what you guys think?! I am looking to compete in November and would like to do as many shows as possible before beginning my bulk in late December.
Thanks for looking!

Hey fellas,
thanks for the compliments means a lot. I will post and answer all of your diet/supplement/training questions tomorrow.
Also, regarding the calves- yeah, unfortunately they're lacking BUT not because of neglect. I've been training them along side the rest of the body but unfortunately the genetics say otherwise- they took forever to pop through. Those pictures were taken Sep 21st and a week later the calves actually pop through- but nothing massive. They have improved very well in the last few days that I myself am able to see changes and critique and I will try to get them developed as much as I can by show time. However, nothing major- size wise- will come out of it until after this off-season when we put our good ol' mass on.
Lastly, in the above pictures I was holding more water than I wanted to.... I worked a 16 hour shift and only slept for 3 hours before getting up and getting ready for those photos so it's screwed up my entire conditioning.
I'll post some progress photos that I took today tomorrow as well.
I will be conditioning again for November 2 and then again for the 21st of November and hopefully hit the stage at that point. My biggest issue though at this point is the water retention in the quads but I'll have this dialed in for November so look out- lol.Visit my I AM A JUGGERNAUT CHALLENGE LOG thread
