I like a scotch, but if you want something you could sip easily (other than scotch)... cognac/brandy, southern comfort, or drambuie.

here is a tip on how to look cool while drinking whiskey. What most people do is drink the shot, then right away exhale. that makes all the nastiness go right into your mouth and nose so you make a funny face and look like a lightweight.
The key is to down the drink and right away inhale. This will make all the nastiness go right down the hatch and you will look like Frank Sinatra doing it.
It takes some practice to do it without making a show of it but try it next time out and you will be suprised.
3- look like Sinatra
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda
I've always thought when it comes to vodka... there's no reason to go higher than Smirnoff.
With the exception of Ciroc and Goose cause they're sweet... you can't taste any difference.
you forgot that belvedere son!
oh and op if you are looking for straight proof/taste mix, I'd say wild turkey, makers mark, and obviously you can never go wrong with some good ole Sailor Jerrys (92 proof and 20-25 bucks for a handle)
I don't just hit the gym, I beat the **** out of it
"So this is how liberty dies.....with thunderous applause."
“A noble man compares and estimates himself by an idea which is higher than himself; and a mean man, by one lower than himself. The one produces aspiration; the other ambition, which is the way in which a vulgar man aspires.”
