I don't understand this either... cutting on 2800 calories a day and considering adding 2-3 hours of LISS a day just so I can eat 4k and feel more satisfied. As a former fattie food gives me a lot of satisfaction, and a couple hours of cardio a day might be less annoying than restricting my food intake. LoL

As MikeK put it, its really a shame when people cant out eat their metabolisms. Its alright though i ate enough this weekend (canadian thanksgiving) to counteract all the people that couldnt eat enough. I also say people need to try out sweet potatoe pie. It rivals pumpkin pie.
