So, I gotta say that being from the US, I stared at that photo with non-comprehension for a while. I finally figured out that the units for the top number must be "stone" and the bottom one must be kilograms. So this first one you made weighs about 6.3 stone or 40 kg.
The sack looks like a gunny sack. (Not suire if that's a regional US term or not.) What did you put inside it? Did you need any kind of liner between the heavy stuff inside and the outer sack?

It is 40kgs or 90lbs in American
It contains black pebbles in a twin layer of rubble sacks, wrapped in glass fibre reinforced tape and then put inside two hessian sacks stitched together.
I want to make a heavier one but after moving this one around for a bit I think it's just right.New Evolution shat on me

BRB googling Brock Lesner
SRS
EDIT: Yep, lots of more dynamic movements rather than stuck on a bench all the time. I also train in my garage and with winter coming and no insulation or heater I will need to be moving constantly.
It's been minus 8 Centigrade in my gym in previous winters!!!New Evolution shat on me

Have you seen a Bulgarian (Goat) Bag? I have a friend who made one out of a truck tire inner tube similar to the video below.
