Well I feel it's time to start a new log. I have some goals for the new upcoming 2012 year. One of of my goals is to compete in my first raw meet, so I will be training raw for awhile to build up a better raw base. And another goal of mine is to get back into my gear and get a 1500+ total and qualify for a Class 1 lifter in either the 220's or 242's. This training log will be a mixture of both raw and geared training, so please follow along with me into my next few meets

(That was it, pretty good workout. 495 for 3 and 545 is the most I've ever done on Rack Pulls. The plan was just to work up using triples, but we were just having fun!! Last time I did these I only got like 500-505 for 1 hard rep. This will probably be the last time I do rack pulls in this training cycle. I just feel that they are not a very functional exercise. I will go back to doing Block Pulls every other week.)Best lifts

I use all Inzer gear
For squats I use the T-Rex, Predator briefs, and 2.5m Inzer Z wraps
Bench I use a Radical Denim shirt, and True Black wrist wraps
Deadlifts I use a Max DL suit, and Power Pants briefs
Today I'm gonna try out my Leviathan suit on squats. It's loose on me but I've never tried it with my Predator briefs. And I'm thinking of trying out my T-Rex for sumo pulls.Best lifts

No I've had it for awhile. I used to squat in it with power pants under it. I really liked it with the Predators. It's actually made for a heavy 275'er and I only weigh about 233, but the Predators make it it tighter around the hips. It's easy to get on, but a bitch to take off lol
