Great workout, although probably the shortest one I've done. I was literally in and out in 20-30 mins. The 315 set of deadlifts went by easy and smooth.
Gym was packed. People were myron me and dat dere singlet.

Nice and easy workout. Currently fighting a really tough and brutal cough. It feels like bronchitis... Kept waking up every 2 hours to dry cough violently last night, making my rest/recovery really poor.
On a side note...big news regarding a potential job up in Boston. It's an internal promotion (higher prestige, pay, etc) with a different group. I'm being flown up Friday for interviews, so more to come regarding this. My powerlifting meet goals may change, once again!

thought i posted in here earlier, guess i forgot to send.
everything looked nice and smooth as always, especially that bench. almost forgot you were only doin 3 reps, looked like you had at least 5 more in you.

Life has been absolutely crazy. I lost a few pounds because I barely ate anything yesterday.
I flew up to Boston at 6AM yesterday, went through a gauntlet of internal job interviews all day, and flew back to NJ at 10PM. Had a few beers at Logan airport to de-stress from the hectic day. I probably ate a total of 1500 calories all day.
Because of that, the 280x5 squats felt a bit tougher than they really should've been. Anyways, there's a good possibility that I will be transferring up to Boston, whether through an upward or horizontal positional move. This may throw a wrench in my APA meet plans too.
When will it be mine turn for a stable life :/

****, man, every time i watch you squat, i mire. i'm stretching pretty frequently now, so hopefully i'll get rid of my butt wink. squats looked good regardless of them feeling heavier than usual imo. good luck with the job opporunity

you got me thinking about going back to madcows to do deadlifts strapless and improve my grip strength week by week.
do it madcows or no madcows... straps on deadlifts are a crime against humanity. I've actually stopped using chalk and doing double overhand to failure then doing mixed grip.

uni gym is closed tomorrow, but will most likely lift there instead of my local gym wed to get vids of my 325x5 pull since its my first pull PR since groin injury. stay tuned

Deadlifts went up nice and easy. Another fast workout...in and out within 35 minutes. Was hoping to spend more time in the gym...Oh well Time to eat and rest up for the next workout!
