    KT tape works great

I am not much for shilling for companies or products but this stuff works great!!

A few years ago i developed plantar faciatis and of course I didnt go to the doctor because i can heal things like this myself. i tried all sorts of wraps, braces, insoles, you name it. Nothing worked.

I stumbled on this stuff by accident. Its basically stretchy tape. So i out in on and it worked right away. you can also wear it 24/7 and in the shower so i was in. Its the onky thing that worked.

Just recently I started snatching and its tough to get into the right overhead squat position without the knees going forward a bit so i developed some pain on the front of the knee just below the knee cap, jumpers knee type feeling. Again I tried braces, time off, stretching, you name it and again i had the same results. I dug out my roll of tape and fixed the problem with it.

    I highly recommend this stuff.

The sell it at walmart now too.

That's good to know. I've seen some guys wearing this at competitions. My wife has had problems with plantar faciatis in the past, I'll have to tell her about it.
