    They are not POOP at all but be prepared to take alot more than the labels recommend. For some reason the companies don't tell people how much they really need of things like Ecdysterone and Methoxyflavone so people end up either pissed because they didn't get much or pissed because they have to buy so much to get results.

    So first buy alot of it. Do yourself a favor and get both Ecdysterone and Methoxyflavone from beyond a century dot com. You can get them in bulk really cheap and just add it to your protein shakes throughout the day. For both nutrients you are going to want to start at least at 1200mgs of each a day and probably end up more in the range of 2-3g of each a day. When you use both of these in that dose range the results are phenominal. Good luck.

    these so called natural anabolics (methoxy, ecdysterone) are perhaps marginally more effective than collecting and consuming your own jizz. marketing ploy bull****.......bb.com is paid to post these articles. but the site depends on it, so im not gonna knock it.

    so in other words their pointless and have a negligible impact on your quest to gain muscle?? funny how at one point they said its more powerful than DECA lol wtf.....was hoping that there was atleast some truth to it.....

    so what do you people suggest as an alternative? Prohormones?...i.e combo of 1-ad and 4-ad?? or is it not really worth the side effects....

    btw ill be 21 soon and have been training for 1.5 year....

    I wouldn't touch ecdysterone or methoxy with a 10 foot pole, unless I got a whole **** load for free. I'd spend my money on a good protein product, creatine and perhaps glutamine. 1AD +4AD is a good stack, if you think you're ready for it, give it a try.......but do yourself a favour and do some reading on these products...the answers to your questions are on these boards..

    eat big and clean bro. stick to lean protein sources, and alot of em, combined with plenty of complex carbs, like whole wheat breads, brown rice, and fiberous veggies. oatmeal is great. supplement with 2-3 five gram doses of creatine with some powdered gatorade a day, a multi when you wake up, and, of course, a protein shake with some carbs after you work out. the main points of the day to worry about taking in carbs are at breakfast, and pre/post workout. optional supps are glutamin pre/post workout, and i would definitely suggest using flax oil. combine this nutrition program with hardcore, intelligent training, and consistently getting 8+ hours of sleep a night, and youll make great gains. after about two-three more years of this, and about 15 pounds of muscle, id say your ready to begin research into some gear. id say about another six months minimum of research, and perhaps a cycle. or skip the anabolic chems altogether and stay natty. good luck bro

    Phenom I will say this again they are not useless at all. You are being very mislead here. People who don't like it either don't take enough or don't think it is worth the money. That doesn't change the fact that they work and work well.

    I gave you the advice earlier on how to use it. It is your call. Pro hormones gram for gram may be more effective but the question is whether you want to be taking those or not. Remember that just cause they are legal doesn't change that they are steroids. They will cause side effects on some level or another. I am not saying not to take them just think it all out and what your goals are.

    Oh and to anyone listing foods as natural anabolics I hope you are joking because if you are not claiming a food as a natural anabolic is completely misleading.
