Awesome progress - nice arm, shoulder, trap and chest mass now
What are your lifts like after the year?
Thick looking back in your avi as well
Keep up the good work![/QUOTE]
Dont really ever go for max 1 rep. Most of my routines which change almost every time I step foot in the gym consist of Super-sets, drop sets or negatives. I have gained a lot of strength though, went from not being able to do a pull up to being able to do weighted pull ups. I do rep now right around 315lbs on my presses like decline/incline/flat bench. But a lot of the time I just choose dumbbells over barbells since I workout alone 99% of the time.Last edited by Hondaman1010; 10-07-2011 at 11:21 AM.

Shii, 315 reps ain't a joke! My 1RM is only 260ish 270 after 8 months, I hope I'm at your strength in a year of work! grats------------------------------------------

The amount of cardio I do now has changed I was doing the boring **** like treadmill and stairs 5 nights a week for an hour. Now I just go and do some circuit weight lifting at night keep reps high and weights low. Hitting stuff from 2 days prior mostly hypertrophy lifts. I keep my tempo really high during this very little rest most is super setted to avoid down time. I just turned lifting into cardio. So I have my heavy lifting during the after noon then circuit at night.
Im on a 6 day split Chest/back/Legs/shoulders/arms/Legs
Diet is mostly low carb 6 days a week with only real carbs coming after my afternoon workout, with sat being a cheat day.
Supplements- I took a bunch of stuff cycled on and off natural stuff that you can get off body building.com or various other online sites. Differnt pre workouts , Creatine, L-Carnitine, Triazole, etc.
