So I have Red Wine before I go to bed at night but I'm supposed to take an arginine supplement at night. Which one should I do first or it doesn't matter?

Don't take the supplement. That way you can save the money you would otherwise waste on the supplement, which means more money to spend on wine.

Taking them both together is actually a GREAT idea! Not only will you spike ur GH with teh arginine, but the wine and arginine will increase NO production and cause vasodilation which will allow more nutrients to flow to ur mussles while u sleep keeping you anabrolic.

In4 answer. I've been taking arginine and glutamine about 5 mins after I set my last beer down for the night. Wondering if it would be more beneficial to take them before I start drinking and if I should switch to wine for better gains.
