DAY 6......... 10-12-11.......GYM 0400HRS
Well unfortunately, no music to listen too, was just in a quiet mood...........
Wed. was my duty day, and well it was shoulder day....................Nothing to spectacular, a lack of sleep but GAMMA did AMP me up though, so far this product has performed nicely....... so here is the workout for this day....
eliptical= 20minutes while chugging down a very smooth tasting GAMMA PTF
SHOULDERS
shoulder press= 10x70,90,110,130
rear laterals DB= 10x30,30,35
side cable laterals= 10x20,30,30
front t-bar raise= 15x40,50
DB shrugs= 20x95,105,115,125 +gain
FOREARMS
hand gripper= 20x135,180
hammer curls= 20x35,40
wrist curls down DB= 20x25,25
wrist curls up DB= 20x50,50
Rev. ez bar curls= 20x40,40
Finished workout w/ a brisk walk on treadmill
But heres the kicker this month at the station is hydrant pumping, so at 0700hrs still feeling the pump and energy decided to pump down some hydrants.... for 3 hours straight..........
I cant be more pleased with GAMMA, ratings are still high 9's and 10's............. Thanks again to the FUGATIVE for selecting me to try this product.......it is awesome
Well today is my off day time to spend with the boy........ tomorrow is arms, cant wait till 0400hrs......

yeah i know but that is when i feel the best, and nothing is more important than my family, so ill let em sleep while i train.... and secondly, my fire house has a gym, but i hate it when the tones drop in the middle of a good workout.... so thats why i workout that early, and on my duty days i try to get a secondary cardio and weight session in....... weird huh....lool thanks for commenting.........

Few picks of the 3 places available to me for working out..........
B-FITNESS.........
My part time fire department gym................ (a recently added smith machine NOT in PIC)
I dont have a pic of my full time departmnents gym, however it has a IRON GYM smith machine (to do all exercises), eliptical and treadmill and stationary bike. (found a pic)
This pic is of the pants that i used to wear on duty along w/ current pants size......
size 42 to a 36 pant's
along w/ being a Paramedic/Firefighter, i am also a
SWAT MEDIC
and a bike medic......

DAY #7......10-14-2011.......GYM 0430hrs...
PUMPED UP GOING TO GYM..........short ride....
Well another great workout with the "GAMMA PTF", tis AM was arms, cardio and ABS.....
Lets get right into..........
treadmill (drinking GAMMMA)= 25 minutes
SUPERSET TRICEPS and BICEPS.....
long bar curls
rope pushdown
alt. DB curls (concentration)
incline pronated tricep ext.
cable preacher curls
1 arm rev. grip pulldown
21's (EZ BAR)
tricep cable crossover ext.
treadmill (drinking post protein)= 20 minutes
ABS
knee pull ins
crunches on ball
oblique crunches on ball
Well that was AM workout, on duty for 24..... im thinking a night workout may be in order........not sure yet......
Again still another great day with GAMMA, man this preworkout drink is great, 7 days into and still not a let down.....
- MIX-ABILITY = 10/10
- TASTE= 10/10
- PUMP= 9.5/10
- ENERGY= 9.5/10
- STAMINA= 9.5/10
- FOCUS=10/10
Still totally remained focused thru workout, its 10am and still have good energy, and the best part is the pumps and there is no CRASH......
I definitely still recommend this product............. "GET GAMMA'D UP......

whats up guys, i did get a 2nd workout in....last FRIDAY, it was sweet, then i took sunday and saturday off........ well needed and deserved, and to be honest missed the gym, but got into today again at 0330hrs.......... this morning was chaest and back.......... i was freakin jacked (post ill be later) on duty now, and i plan on getting in a 2nd workout this afternoon if we were not to damn busy..... so stay tuned........... but however GAMMA PTF is awesome..............ill be updating later today.........

Whats up guys sorry about being MIA for a bit but this is usually my hectic mid month month w/ work and SWAT trainings.
But rest assured been kicking GYM ass w/ "GAMMA PTF" however i only have 3 servings left..... but damn gonna make the most of them. Well here is yesterdays workout which was intense and long due to the fact of 0330hrs workout then SWAT TRAINING........ lets get into it
10-19.11 GYM TIME 0330hrs......
ARMS
(supersetted)
lying cable curls
rev tricep ext.
alt DB curls
rev grip pull down
preacher cable curls
v-bar pushdown
1 arm DB preacher curls
1 arm tricep cable crossover
Started the workout on elliptical machine then finished workout w/ abs and treadmill. I got this new bodybug, which when applied it counts the calories burned, and according to the BODYBUG, i burned 2095 calories during my workout, this is awesome.......... GAMMA PTF helped a lot..... as later after workout i had training , morning was shooting, which gamma helped me stay alert and focused to watch the team and make sure it remained safe for them to shoot and to stay alert for any medical issues...... BUT later that day we had our PT QUALIFYING (run,push up and sit ups).... so i used 1/2 serving of GAMMA PTF to give me an edge........ and [size=+3]"BAAAAAM"[size=+3]..... it helped...
push up= 50 (in less than 2 minutes perfect form)
sit ups= 60 (in less than 2 minutes)
1 mile run= 8 minutes 20 seconds (my personnel best)
GAMMA gave me the edge.......... perfect mixture of pump, stamina, energy and focus........
Well i got to be going, sorry not much here but got family coming in from town and the wife is working so i need to get the house in order, but tomorrow is going to rock with shoulders...........
Still extremely high ratings that has not changed since first use of this product.......HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
