DAY1, 10-07-11.........gym time 0455hrs
MOTIVATION
MUSIC (while consuming PTF)
Well wokeup a little later than what i had hoped but, still got to the gym before duty...... Today was shoulders and cardio (post lifting)....
Well the ride to the gym was long, due to being stoked about PTF mixed in two scoops on the wayto gym.....lets get right into it.......shall we..
INITIAL EVALUATION OF PTF- mixability= very easily mixed with a shaker bottle, mixed with recommended water size=6]10/10[/size]
- taste= awesome taste no grit, after taste, smooth 10/10
- pump= very nice pump, did see some noticeable gains today9.5/10
- energy= awesome energy sustained thru workout well, past the ending9.5/10
- focus= very good focus and concentration9/10
overall awesome product, did not get jittery or any thing, im sure will get better thru the next 2 weeks.
SHOULDERS
SHOULDER PRESS= 4x10x90,110,120,130 +gain
REAR LATERALS= 3x10x25,30,30 +gain
SIDE LATERALS= 3x10x17.5x20x20
FRONT RAISE= 2x15x25,25 +gain
SHRUGS (DB)= 4x20x100,110,115,115
upright row (cable)= 2x20x100,100
CARDIO
TREADMILL= 20 minutes, 2.5% incline, spd 3.0-3.5
AB CRUNCH MACHINE= 5 sets of 30 reps 100..
ruffly two hours after gym stiil had good vascularity going and felt really good. I will have an overall rating in the next couplke of days, but i reall like this product.......

DAY 2 10-08-11....... GYM TIME 0955hrs
Good afternoon fellow on lookers, well this is day #2 of testing the product.....
Well yesterday was shoulders as I said, and that wen very well, w/ positive gains, well today was legs, Let me first say it has been about 3 weeks since I trained legs hard..... and today after GAMMA PTF I had a very good day...... so lets get into it......
Before the gym opened today, i did a quick cardio session at the station, Treadmill nice 1.5 mile walk @3.0-3.5mph w/ slight incline at 2.5%. I left for the gym about 0830, while driving there i picked this song to consume my GAMMA PTF too.....
Again GAMMA PTF mixed up very good, this time I used a little more water, still very, very good......
I arrived at gym with veins starting to pop, feeling a slight tingling....................... This is what was done......
LEGS
45 degree incline press= (6 sets total) 12x360,540,630 6x720 4x810 4x900 +gain definitely
(SUPER SET)
seated calf raise= 20x110,130,150
Tibia raise= 20x70,90,100
seated leg curls= 12x160,180,200,210 +gain
Leg ext= 10x110,130,150,170
Well this concluded my workout, I felt GAMMA PTF, definitely gave me the extra power, strength and endurance to go hard at my legs, which I have not been able to in awhile....
With day two under my belt, yesterday ratings are holding strong,

Good afternoon guys this is a post for yesterday.... nuthing fancy its kids day today.....
Yesterday was arms, had the gamma goin, but for some reason took a little it longer to kick in, but when it did whoa!!!!!!!!!! So far the ratings are the same, sorry not the best post, got a lot to day in sort time, however today is my rest day but had to take a shot of GAMMA,,,,,,,, which now im in overdrive from a long nite of work........man this stuff is great...... now off to do a little farm work with the veins pumping gamma...
Tomorrow will be chest and back, that post will be awesome............ ttyl

You probably did more than you are giving yourself credit for on the leg press. I count 20 plates which would be 900lbs. You forgot about the machine itself. The one at my gym is 110 by itself.My Journal:

DAY #5..... 10-11...... GYM TIME 0930
Well after having yesterday off and this AM feeling rested and taking kids to school....this is what my middle child wanted to listen to...
A little motivation......
Alright lets get right to it.............. After a well rested night.... i proceeded to gym after the kids dropped off to school........ mixing up my GAMMA PTF...... today i used a little less water and the taste stayed the same, and still mixed up great, (no after taste, smooth, and not gritty)...... ok workout as follows
Eliptical= 20 minutes at 8.8-12.0 rpm, went 2.8 miles, burned 300 calories....9about 5 minutes before started to gulp down GAMMA PTF
Today was chest and back day......... (TOTALLY AWESOME went into it with a great feeling.)
these were supersets with 10 and 8 reps w/ varying sets......
DB bench press- 10x70,80,90,100
rev v-bar pulldown- 10x120,130,140,140 (got this out of magazine, vey nice back exercise, (NEW TO ME)
decline DB flyes- 10x35,45,50
wide drip pulldwon- 10x140,160,160
isolateral flye machine- 10x120,140,150
isolateral row machine- 10x180,230,270 +gain
isolateral incline press- 8x160,190, 4x240, 3x260 + gain definitely
straight bar pulldown- 8x100,120,130,140
lying flat on floor press (smith machine bar over neck)- 10x90,90,90,90 great for the upper pecks
Today at the gym was very, very good, still very impressed w/ the pump, energy, stamina and still no crash.... I'd really like to try 3 scoops so maybe if i have on my last day 3 scoops im gonna hit it....
Well hope everyone had a great TUESDAY..... time to hit the sack 0330hrs gym time...
