A friend of mine is looking to get into the gym and fix her lack of nutrition. She's already skinny and I guess looking to better her physique because she is into the modelling scene and recently got into a calender. I know my goals are going to be different than hers, but do any of you have any insight on getting her started with a decent diet.. The gym part I can help with but I doubt taking in the same nutrients I am will help her reach her goal.. Hopefully that makes sense....
