Cant seem to lose that last bit of body fat

I've been eating clean for 3 months now and hitting the gym 6 days a week, but I just can't seem to lose that last bit of stomach fat.
My diet mainly consists of -

Meal 1 - 1 cup of whole oats, 3 egg whites & 1 whole egg

Meal 2 - White fish with a cup of broccoli

Meal 3 - 100g of chicken breast, half a cup of brown rice, cup of broccoli,

Meal 4 - Tuna, spinach, cottage cheese.

    Meal 5 - 100g of chicken breast & a sweet potato

Meal 6 - White fish with some mixed veggies

Been eating like this for over a month now and can't really notice a difference.. I am 144 pounds, 5'7 and roughly about 12% bf.

I'm at the gym 6 days a week and do 20 minutes of cardio everyday and lift for about 40 minutes, no matter what I do this last stubborn bit of stomach fat won't disappear

Anyone got any tips on how to get rid of this?

Edit: the calories amount up to around 1700-1800

Continue with your workout regime, eat at a calorie deficit every day and be persistent. There's nothing else that can really be said on the matter. Maybe try a re-feed or cheat meal to boost your metabolism?
