What's up everyone? I'm a complete noob to all this fitness stuff. I used to be in the navy and I still never got on a work out schedule, I just did enough to get by. I just turned 29 years old, 6'4" and 295 lbs. In the past year and a half I've been doing my best at battling alcoholism (1 yr. clean this month), I also quit smoking 2 months ago after 12 years of a pack a day, needless to say, I'm in horrible shape, but this is where I am and I have to start somewhere. My biggest concern right now is cutting all this fat off my ass!!! My younger brother use to be a work out freak and he said that clen or albuterol would be my best bet at helping me cut weight. I went on CEM products.com and got some liquid albuterol (60ml bottle, 6mg/ml). I need someone to tell me how to cycle it, how many times a day, how much, all that good stuff. While taking it, I just plan on starting out easy by walking/running 3 miles a day. That's what I did with my old Marine buddies in Miramar so I figure it's a good place to start. Please, anyone, if you have knowledge of this, please help me out. Thanks

1st this thread will go over badly since what you are doing is technically illegal
2nd you are obviously not knowlegable enough about diet or excercise to even think about clen/albuterol
3rd you did like no research since you picked albuterol over Clen
4th I'm in recovery as well do you think it's smart to abuse prescription meds that is addict behavior (always wanting more, not living life on life's terms, etc)
5th stupid thread from possibly stupid personblue checkered button up from banana and jeans <3

that's a serious drug, I could see a professional body builder using it to get to 5% bodyfat, sure. An obese person? All you need to do is eat loss and pounds will fly off.

Hey Drew, I actually did do my homework, I just needed help in the doseage area.
Albuterol is very closely related to Clenbuterol (often simply called “Clen”), which has been a drug athletes have been using for literally decades to lose fat. Although it’s typically thought of as only a shorter acting version of Clenbuterol, that’s not 100% correct, and Albuterol actually has some benefits that Clen doesn’tJust like Clen, Albuterol binds to the beta 2 adrenergic receptors. Beta 2 receptor stimulation is a very potent mechanism for initiating fat loss. Stimulating the beta-2 receptors found in fat cells activates hormone sensitive lipase, to break up stored fat into free fatty acids which are then used as fuel by the body (1). Once those fatty acids are broken up, Albuterol then has the added effect of elevating your metabolism, which helps you use the free fatty acids that it has broken up. It’s a very potent fat burner, as a result of both being able to break up stored fat and make it available as energy, as well as increasing the rate at which this energy is used.
Interestingly, while Clenbuterol increases both muscle size and strength in animal studies (2), the same thing isn’t necessarily true in humans, and if it is, actual studies proving so are nearly impossible to find. It’s suspected to possibly do this, but there’s really no hard evidence of it. And since it’s not approved by the FDA for use in humans, non-anecdotal data proving that Clen actually builds muscle or increases performance is scarce. Since it’s approved by the FDA for use in asthmatics, studies on humans and Albuterol, regarding exercise performance are more plentiful. In multiple studies, it has been suggested strongly that it increases strength as well as endurance in humans (3,4). Clen, on the other hand, has anecdotally been reported to reduce endurance in athletes who use it.
In addition, Albuterol may even help the lipid profile (cholesterol)(5), which is definitely something that steroid using athletes may want to consider, when deciding whether or not to include Albuterol in a cutting cycle. In fact, a small dose of it might be useful on nearly any cycle, because of this characteristic.
The main difference between Albuterol and Clen is that Albuterol has a significantly shorter half life of Albuterol. If Clenbuterol happens to give you insomnia, then Albuterol is a much better alternative, because it’s not going to build up in your system to the same degree that Clen can.
I’m typically much more confident recommending Albuterol to athletes instead of Clen, because stimulant induced anxiety and insomnia seem to be much less likely. Also, due to the shorter half life, there’s probably a much lower level of beta-2 receptor downgrade, but the trade off is more frequent dosing. Two to four milligrams, three to four times a day is usually sufficient for an anabolic as well as fat burning effect.

i hate to write this post because its going to make me look like an idiot and you probably wont listen anyways, but since you're in recovery (do you not see the link in wanting to use substances as a crutch) as well maybe you remind me of myself or something
i've used clenbuterol before (i also tried a cycle of test when i was 18 but that's a fail for another thread)
like 5 years ago maybe?
it didn't do ANYTHING for me (besides make me shake and roll around on the floor with cramps) because i didn't have my diet or my training locked in
i've done 10x as well this cut WITHOUT something like clen because i'm counting calories and macros and sticking to a solid deficit and being consistent as well as training hard and CONSISTENTLY as well
clen/albuterol/whatever is not a magic bullet. i'm not against bodybuilding drugs but you should know what the **** you are doing with your diet/training first, thats just a no brainer
you also have no stats no picture no measure of your training and dieting experience
now that i am done being nice, given the above lack of any kind of knowledge about you, how the **** is someone going to recommend you a dosage schedule for a drug you are not even legally prescribed? brb i have to go hang out in an ER lobby with a white coat on giving medical advice to people suffering from head injuries and heart attacksLast edited by drewzon87; 10-05-2011 at 08:48 PM.

Wow, I told you that I'm new to all this and the first thing you do is blast me and call me stupid. I'm not looking for an easy route or a magic pill. I just got started and all I was really asking for was some guidance. Thought you might know something about that, being in recovery and all. I want to change my life in a positive way, thanks for making my first experience with all this unicorns and rainbows. You know what, you still have issues bro. I might not be Mr. muscle man, but I would knock ur ass out if I met you. Ur an ass. All you have to do is give respect and it will be given back to you.

life isn't interesting enough i need to do X to have fun
i'm stressed out i need to do Y to cope
i'm not losing weight fast enough i need to do Z
normal people don't jump right to ordering research grade albuterol from the internetLast edited by drewzon87; 10-06-2011 at 06:56 AM.

The problem is you're focusing on the things in life that don't really matter. When I was a kid I had hopes and dreams. We all did. But over time, the daily grind gets in the way and you miss the things that really matter, even though they are right in front of you, staring you in the face. I think the next time you should ask yourself "Am I on the right track here?". I don't mean to be rude but people like you I really pity. So maybe you could use the few brain cells you have and take advantage of the knowledge I have given you now. Good luck.

yep beef squashed
to answer your question
500mcg 3 times a day is a good starting dosage
also HIIT works well with albulterol because of the increased respiratory capacity (its an asthma drug after all) so REALLY get your heart rate up! get that heart working hard!
