Quick info on myself. My name is Luke, and I am very weak.
I want to become strong, and be the best person I can be physically.
I have fairly good lifting genetics, large bone frame (7.5" wrist, 10.5" ankle), very large joints and extremely strong tendons, so I think that I have good potential for lifting big weights.
I don't care too much about getting big, but I don't want to get fat/overweight. I am going to try to eat as much as I can until I reach 13% bodyfat, then cut.
OK, my max lifts are 225, 135, 315. I am going to do SS for ten weeks, get those big lifts.
