This article is very interesting to me.
Just so you all know, when I pulled that 405 deadlift.
The only thing that was hurting was my Quads & Abs.
My lower back never feels the work or takes the toll.
My quads feel like a blood vessel is about to pop out of them and my abs hurt like a !&$%er pulling it up.
So all of you giving me sh*t for round back form...my lower back isn't even feeling sh*t
peace

Yah , it's weird right?
My opinion is that for some reason, my lower back is genetically strong as !&$% .
My grandpa deadlifted 700+ when he was younger. Also, my Back is absolutely massive compared to my stupid chest/arms/shoulders that suck balls. My grandpa was the same. His back was out of this roof. It's all genetics IMO.
On a side note, I can Rack Pull 495 pounds for Reps (SRZ).
If I put 425 on the floor, I couldn't pick it up for the life of me.
AKA, my leg drive sucks bawlz, and my lower back is strong as !$&%.
IDK WHAT TO SAY MAN. IDK
I don't feel anything in my hamstrings.
I can also do Good mornings with...uhh...like 225x10 ? I have tried Good morning with 275 and could do it.
I think my lower back is just !&$%ing strong.
I only feel my Quads/Abs exploding on deadlifts.

Check out my youtube channel! Feel free to ask questions, and I'll make video responses as in depth and to my knowledge as I can. I don't spread bro science, my information will be similiar to Ian Mccarthy/Layne/Ogus/Eric helms in the sense that I will base my accusations of of science/studies. Also some personal experience, but I won't impose that onto you. But if you ask, I'll answer :)

i think of giant douchebag....
on another note his form isn't ideal but its 405...he should really be focusing on getting the weight up as opposed to anally perfecting his form. Everyone has different mechanical advantages, its simply genetics so saying that everyone who rounds there lower back in the slightest is far far more prone to injury is bull****. I pull 545 with a small round and if i stay stiff most ive done is 525.

No, your just a weak ******* who thinks hes the ****. Your the most unaesthetic mother ****er ive ever seen on this forum (srs, your pic makes me ROFL everytime i see it) not to mention your weak as phuck, ive just turned 17, been lifting since june-ish and I already pull just as much as you, with better form, at 160 bw.
everyone hates you.
