Hica max vs. Bcaas

I recently ran a couple samples of Labrada HICA max and I had a very noticible decrease in soreness, more muscle fullness and just really good recovery.

Has and one compared this to just consuming bcaaas?

BCAA's are cheaper and produce similar results. Nothing special with HICA to qualify continued purchases.

They do. The best way to use it would be 2 or more hours after eating or postworkout, at a full scoop for your BW.

Go for bcaa's. I've gone through 2 bottles of it and didn't notice anything. No decrease in DOMS no anything..

They do taste really good though.

Funny you say that, considering my name is Mr.Cooper69 and not Dr.Cooper69. But anyway:

While this is true, and I love me some 2:1:1 BCAAs, this is really only relevant for fasted individuals or individuals with very low meal frequency. Otherwise, you can bet that the other BCAAs will be circulating during the time of ffBCAA supplementation, making the extra leucine more beneficial.

I got some bcaas at home, I'm about out which is why I'm asking these questions. I remember when I worked at gnc I used wheybolic 60 a lot and it was really heavy on aminos and luecine and my recovery was phenomenal; however the price isn't.

Those aren't free form dude. It's as "heavy" in aminos as XX amount of grams of any other protein source.

True however they add in 7.7 grams of luecine and another about 10 of micronized all in a hydrolyzed/ isolated formula.

Ok that makes sense. But it's def not worth it man. 3 scoops of whey protein isolate better damn well maximize MPS without the added leucine. And the micronized aminos were just glutamine and arginine.

I don't plan on buying it. That was just used for reference. Í will continue my bcaas intra and probably added in a serving of luecine between meals as well

Not only would I rather take 5g leucine than 500mg HICA but most bcaa products have valine, isoleucine, and often glutamin/taurine/cit malate... it becomes a pretty clear choice to go with a bcaa cocktail as the price per serving is likely 10g of useful actives as opposed to 500mg HICA.
