Just got the MRI back saying I have a tear in my labrum. I plan on getting surgery in a few weeks with 3-4 months rehab. What exercises do you think I'd be able to do while recovering?
I was thinking
curls
anything triceps
shrugs
core/ lower back
legs
maybe BP/ chest flys i'll have to see
Don't think I'll be able to do any rows, deadlifts, power cleans, pull ups, or anything like that.
Am I missing any muscle groups I can/ cannot hit?
