Help pick a Defense this week...

Ravens are on bye, so I can roll with:

49ers vs Tampa
Hou vs Oak
Ari @ Min
NYG vs Sea
Ten @ Pit

I'm thinking the 49ers since Tampa won't be able to run the ball, and their passing game doesn't scare anyone

I'm in the same boat so hopefully some others chime in, I was leaning towards NYG, TEN, or SF but its up in the air, depends somewhat on Big Ben's status

Giants have huge upside at home against one of the worst teams in football. I was able to grab the 49ers defense this week and will probably play them against my Bucs. Last year the Bucs put an whooping on the 49ers and shut them out, but traditionally there is a bit of a layoff for them traveling to the west coast. They are also on short rest and this is a totally different team under Harbaugh. I wouldn't expect the Bucs to score more then 20/24 points at the max with a lot of potential for sacks.

TEN is a sneaky good play and a great def to stash for the rest of the year. They go against a Steelers O-line that has given up the most sacks all year, has a hurt QB, and Mendy is hurt too. The reason I would grab TEN now is after their bye week they get HOU, IND, and CIN. Then check out their playoff matchups...Week 15: IND Week 16: JAC. I'm grabbing them off waivers this week and taking full advantage of their juicy match ups.

I look for teams that have the best series of games, so I don't have to waste my waiver on defense every week. Cincinnati has JAX this week and then IND next week. I'm all over that shiiit. MIN was also projected to have good points this week and next, but I don't trust that team very much.

I like NYG playing at home against the Seahawks. Seahawks been competitive at home past 2 weeks, but it will be a different story on the road, I expect NYG to get sacks and INTs, plus hold Seattle to a low score. 2nd option probably TEN, PIT has given up the 2nd most points to fantasy defenses.

Good call actually. Their playing well and Pitt is banged up right now. NYG vs Sea, Ten @ Pit are probably your best bets.

damn. i picked up TEN defense this week because Baltimore is on BYE week. looks like I may just hold on to them for the rest of the season and interchange the two defenses

cincy is the better pick imo. and u can use em next week too when they play the shiitastic colts next week
