There good products, I just think maybe you should not use the creatine. The creatine is going to make you hold water. Plus your useing two products with creatine. Look in to how many calories your taking in.

    Disregard the last post......

Ughh.. I'm feeling lazy and didn't want to do this..

Gold standard is a decent protein, but there are much better options out there.
Opti-Men isn't a great high quality vitamin.. Orange Triad, Orthocore, Anavite and a few others are much better
Jack3d... I hate Jack3d. That's all I have to say about that, but as I said if it works for you go for it.
Ultra Omega-3 decent fish oil I believe..? Oximega by Controlled Labs is another solid fish oil.
Micronized Creatine Powder.. decent enough. Creatine should be a staple supp.

BCAA 1000 Caps.. If you want BCAA's I would suggest a liquid BCAA you can never go wrong with Extend
Gold Standard 100% Casein.. If you want casein then purchase a blend like Myofusion or Trutein instead of casein and whey. They are both much better proteins, but at the end of the day protein is protein.
Glutamine.. this is pointless. Do not waste your money. Glutamine is an amino acid and you are already taking in aminos in your protein shake, because protein is composed of amino acids. If you still want glutamine then eat cottage cheese at night, because it is a great source of glutamine and also casein so that eliminates both of those.
ZMA.. isn't really going to do a lot for you probably. At least not what you are paying for them. This also tends to give people night horrors. If you are eating beef and taking a good multi you are taking in plenty of zinc already, so don't worry about it.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

    Thanks for the answers guys,

I can understand that everyone has his opinion, and now for next time im gonna purchease something i'll have your recommendations in mind, thanks for that.

Just to be clear i didnt start taking this things yet, i'm going to start, I'm just using Whey at the moment.

So if i get it clear

On morning i take the Multivitamins and the Fish oils
    Pre-Workout Creatine or Jack3d
    Post-Work, Whey protein

When is the best time to take the BCAA?
and the Casein, ZMA and Glutamine is not needed?

    Thanks

You can take the bcaa's whenever. Intra work out, pre work out, post work out.. I even just mix mine up in a jug and sip it throughout the day. Don't waste your money on casein, zma's or glutamine. Just buy a good protein like Myofusion, Trutein or etc. Take 3-5g of creatine every day. No need to load or cycle.

Dont think you posted what time you get up or if you have a meal/shake before your breakfast so if you did ignore this.
Drink some protein when you wake up with whatever supps you take in the am.

I personally have used and enjoyed Casein but found cottage cheese to be just as effective and much cheaper. Cottage cheese also didnt make me sick when i ate it pre-workout where as the casein did, but thats my own fault.

Never used ZMA so cant say much, but i plan on trying it myself. Lots of people say good things and that its useful, and a few say its pointless. I plan on investigating myself next time i buy supps.

    Strongly recommend OT over opti-men.

Felt that glutamine was pretty useless.

And as far as dosing and timing goes, just follow the instructions on the packages.
I feel compelled to lift something.

Cause im dumb, but what i really meant was earlier in the day before my workout, not like 30-60 mins before. But either way I try to avoid slower digesting protein before my workout.
