Had a post almost typed out then cause I was on the bleeping touch screen cell I lost with a slighty off to the side screen tap . . . how about some one invent autosave to cache for these damn things . . . srs. This time using the box to do this post.
Ah tonight was 90 min NoGi grappling class, no rolling for me just basically two rounds of 1 for 1 after the usual drills. The not quite roll session consisted of working the basics with moderate resistance so on reversals, getting control and breaking the guard.
Reason for limitation were that my back and neck still stiff/tired . . . my fellow practitioners oh so kindly took it easy on me. Need to not shrug as I finish the pull and get the shoulders back . . . blaming that form flaw on my traps/neck twinning . . . Everything else feels good if a bit tired and so I'm looking forward to starting weak point unilateral training this weekend . . . sorta ease my way into next 531 cycle. Not planning to using my meet results to fuel the spreadsheet. Call it compromise between the ultra conservative scheme I've been 'recommended' and the just conservative enough approach I normally take."Ego kills spirit. You'll have to let us know how you like the melatonin. I think it's helpful, although I don't take it every night. A friend of mine says it works great for him, but it gives him crazy, vivid dreams! I'm sure I dream, but I rarely remember any of them
Caring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

Hi Amazons Happy End of Wednesday . . .Yea work week 1/2 way over.
Will let you know about the effectiveness of melatonin for me as I hear it doesn't work for everyone. Slept thru last night but I had the grappling to wear me out so not sure if the supp is the true cause. Will try taking it work night this week and see how that goes. I've heard about the new zequil (nyquil without the cold meds) and that may be my next stop if this doesn't work.
Already marked my calendar for my next meet and I'm planning for it to be another local one on Feb 2nd, 2013."Ego kills spirit. Find confidence in your own progress not in comparison to others." - me waking up 11/21/15

New avi is rockin B!
Watch the vid of the meet and not surprised, strong B is strong
Hope the stiff neck and traps have loosened up since the other day
I've used melatonin before and it was great for sleep. NyQuil now has a sleep only formula that's supposed to be non habit forming, might need to invest in that in the next few months lol.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
I like eating, it helps with the not dying.

Have been taking melatonin, it works really well for me but I get some crazy violent vivid dreams that seem so real. Woke up freaking the f out this morning like isdisrealife.jpg But it brings some nice deep sleep.

I thought it was the tri's, good to know it's confirmed by another, I've revised next cycles plan to focus on them w/ accessory exercises.
Oh, it's all benadryl . . . not exactly good news as I've recently tried taking two and still ended up all night .
the last two nights melatonin +1 . . .works great keeping me just sleepy enough that I don't wanna go to the pc after a late night bathroom break . . . Also no dreams that I can recall so perhaps I won't be having vivid wtf dreams.
Ah todays workout yet to come is 2 hrs of Gi Jujitsu . . . I'm pooped as I type this so I figure melatonin or not I'll sleep thru the early am no problem."Ego kills spirit. Find confidence in your own progress not in comparison to others." - me waking up 11/21/15

Nice AVI!
I must look into getting some Melatonin but I want to first see how it goes for you over some time.
Saw your vid in the O35! Good on ya!
If you have any vids for people to critique the best place is the regular O35 forum and not in that thread. That thread is more of a LOOK AT ME thread, which you and that vid ABSOLUTELY deserved!
For critique you'll get more input from lots of generous folks - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/forumdisplay.php?f=11
Still can't rep you....

Yeahhhh another meet! 800 pssh, go for 900.
Unrelated, I see you are one of many people who has the big avi, how/wy is it like that? (Not trying to blow mine up, just wondering wtf is causing all these huge avis when I browse on my phone in public, which causes gigantic pics of men and women in their undies flexing to appear. Not gonna lie, people are looking at me like I'm slightly creepier than I actually am.)Current PRs:

My phone does the same thing, asumming it's the iphone app that's all f'ed up as usual . . . as it doesn't happen on the blackberry phone's browser. If I see one more dudes junk way too up close or a cleavage/boobs taking over my screen I'm gonna delete the app SRS.
Btw I went to photobucket to shrink my original image hoping it would fix the sizing on the phone and it did a bit . . . need to resize it down a bit more. you'd think the software would take care of that but . . . Nope."Ego kills spirit. Find confidence in your own progress not in comparison to others." - me waking up 11/21/15

the situps inbetween working squat sets is a good idea. i cant possibly do that at this point, but i will tuck it in my brain. could you feel your abs working during the squats more?
i do the standing OHP in the same position i think. a little outside of the shoulders, but my thumbs are almost touching my shoulder in the position i like best. i used to hate the OHP, but i kinda like it now. after sorting that my elbows should be pointing out in front of me, it stopped hurting and sucking.
