Every time I complete a set of deadlifts, I will get very dizzy for 3-5 seconds. Does anyone else experience this? I breathe out as I lift the weight off the ground.

This used to happen to me back when 150 pounds felt hard. You just have to condition yourself for a few weeks and correct your form. After watching all of the DL videos on this forum, the DL went up like 100 pounds in 2 weeks, and I was no longer dizzy. As for your breathing, it is actually more correct to hold your breath on the lift off phase, since that allows you to keep your core very tight. Breathe at the top. I exhale on the way down, but I don't think that's necessarily correct.

Look at your breathing.
+ Grab something when you get done. During soem of my max efforts, I'll see spots and get light headed. I'll just step forward and hold the rack for a few seconds until I regain my composure.-

What I do is hold my breath for the bottom part to tighten up the core, then breathe out forcefully so I have completely exhaled by the time I have the weight up. The breathing out seems to help my core stay tight and really help me get through it. Then I take a breather for a second at the top, and breath in on the way down so I am ready for the next rep. Seems to work good for me, but each person will find what works a little better for them.
I have found that breathing can be an incredibly important part of your form, and focusing on getting it right on a lift gets me stronger on it.

The guy in the video says breathe at the top and DON'T exhale on the way up. I know on just about every other lift you want to exhale during the lifting phase, but not this one.

Thanks for the replies, seems there's no set in stone answer. Some of you do not exhale on the way up, and some swear by it. I currently exhale on the way up, seems more natural to me, however I'll try not to, see if it helps. I guess since its a very demanding lift I can't really completely avoid it...
nice vid btw, I guess I'll wear a mouthpiece when I deadlift
