routine consists of:
monday: chest and abs
tuesday: back
wednesday: rest day (cardio usually)
thursday: shoulders
friday: legs and abs
saturday: arms
sunday: rest day (may do cardio)
typical diet:
breakfast: oats and protein shake
morning tea: egg whites sandwich with wholemeal bread
lunch: tuna and mixed beans and a fruit
before gym: chicken and brown rice
post gym: protein shake
dinner: kangaroo steak, brown rice and vegetables
before bed: cottage cheese
