    I switched to PL back in April. Added insane numbers to my deadlift and squat. Came back to Oly lifting and what do you ya know? A comofrtable double with 160kg with a previous best of a hard 160kg last year.

    How much mass you gain? If you are in the 94kg class or higher now all that added leg strength and subsequent mass means you are in competition with guys cleaning 220kg or more.

    No doubt switching to PL for a while will get you strong. It just doesn't carry over well when you step on a platform.
