    boninja I get what you mean. Maybe I lack flexibility or something, but the only exercise I can do well with a bent back is a dead lift.

    do db rows and bb rows and if you want to do cable rows, do seated cable rows with the v grip towards the end of the back session

    focus on back day should be pullups, db and bb rows, then anything else if you feel the need to do more
    Weighted pullups = 195 lbs x1
    Weighted dips = 225 lbs x2
    Squat = 405 x2
