it took him 6 months to do this and 5 of them was just diet . depends what your genetics serve you and tbh try and gain the best body you can possibly gain .
Ka0s :In my experience, doing heavy barbell squats, bench presses, deadlifts, military presses, rows, etc. builds no significant muscle mass.
What you need to really get big is a solid routine which focuses on light weights and cable movements to really force blood into those muscles and get that deep burn & powerful contraction

LOL you can clearly see the shadow his arm is casting agianst his body which proves theres no squish.
Thor is a big guy and cut , theres no way in a year ud do it, probly not even in two. He did it in six but was prob in decent shape before and has pro coachs and everything food/diet plan/supp wise possible.
