im good enough to know how NOT good i am. just played with a couple ROOT guys and they are on a completely different level. im just a pub star like most, but theres seems to be a lot of people in this thread who dont even have a basic understanding of the meta.

I wouldnt put those root guys in the same bracket as other pros. Ive gotten qued against the koreya guy three times and won twice. He was 5 stacked too. His stream is super lame and all he does is bitch and moan. Ive gotted qued with guys from notidehunter, dignitas, and merlini. Now they are on a completely different level.

One of the few streams ill watch. Hes chill and admits when he fuks up. Other pros like demon just whine about others the entire game. Some of those pros have napoleon complexes and huge ego problems.

Agreed 100%. And he will explain it in full to. Why he was out of position, what can be done to fix it etc. Friendly to everyone in that stream.

this needs to be brought up again. who else thinks drow needs a nerf ? i was 0-5 with drow ranger, got ganked nonstop in first 10 mins..made boots and shadowblade with a lot of difficulty, ended up making satanic daedelus and rapier by just staying in jungle, staying back at teamfights to silence and getting 2-3 few kills and repeat. final score 38-8.

i have seen this happen many times, even the worst player at this game can do something with drow. use shadowblade, go into fights and put the 6 second silence = enemy team is fuked.

Her aura + late game damage is broken, that is all. IceFrog is fully aware though.

lol yeah everyone is aware. her aura makes ranged creep basically a phucking mega creep lol. it's almost impossible to push out a lane unless a team fight happens in the jungle or somewhere else and you immediately push down a tower unless the other creep waves are so far ahead... lol gl after a ranged rax is down too because it makes it even crazier to push with that aura. basically all drow needs to do is have her aura activated and she can help win the game. had a drow who fed mid and we still lost to her because of dat der aura

she WILL get a nerf 100% lol... lookin to nerf down cent/drow/sven *minimal since ice frog loves sven* i think bat MIGHT get one since hes still really really strong. maybe some buffs to some other non existent heroes too.

Just tried chinese luna for first time (tranqs, drums, manta, bkb).

Was quite fun. Lots of HP, lots of survivability, TONS of move speed. Only thing I didn't like was lack of attack speed. Been trying out competitive game builds as opposed to my usual pub stomp builds, and they've been working quite well.

She already has highest BASE movement speed in game. (330)

movement speed = (base movement speed + flat movement speed bonuses) × (1 + sum of percentage movement speed bonuses)

Treads & Marchers adds +55 move speed base, tranqs add +75 which gives you 405 move speed total (and early game survivability which is the most important)

Now, once you build drums, you get 5% move + 5% attack speed. Manta adds 10% move speed

(330+75) * (1+0.15) = 465.75 move speed. That's 60 ms off of being perm hasted.

The only hero that comes close to that WITHOUT any team spell buffs (i.e. ogre lust) is probably Krobelus I'd say with her passive + phase + euls.

Just played a pub game where we had everyone pick except one guy, we have viper, naga, luna and axe.. and get this.. the guy picks bh. Not even a counter pick, just picks his fav carry after we already have too many. Never ganks top either, obviously buys no courier, etc. etc. we lose.


EDIT: ^ lol, fukkin dota feels man. know them too well.
