Ive travelled within the Eurozone quite a lot on airports where I basically took out pills from their original boxes and dumped them into one animal flex tub. I remember taking m-stak, flex, Orange triad, Beta alanine powder separately, hemavol powder, and green mag. the security x-ray scan doesnt really detect them as something that should cause concern so I was never asked to open my bag or anything.
If i was though, it could have been more interesting. Im sure it would have been swabbed for certain substances like drugs, but Im not sure if I would have to prove to them that my orange triad isnt some illegal compound which I cant bring into a country
plus, in the eurozone the travelling restrictions are obviously much smaller than, say, beteween US and anywhere else in the world :P
my recommendation would be to have the supplement packaging (tubs with ingredient list) with you in your bag.

Also not so sure, but a product like bronkaid or another product containing ephedrine might be iffy. Technically not a supplement, but used by some for cutting.
Editing: also, in come locales, ephedrine requires a prescription. Oregon and Mississippi come to mind. Not sure if that would make any difference to you, either.

I think fish oil will be categorized inthe same way as contact lenses. unless its contact solution separate, contact lenses have a bit of solution in each little container, and thats ok. I think syrups, prescription medicine, and stuff like fish oil should be ok . Its the fish oil which I am not very sure about (but pretty sure about the prescription medicine like syrups).
Besides, you can take up to 1L of liquids. I doubt you'd take that much of fish oil with you.
I personally took 3 weeks worth of supplies on vacation, which was a lot of pills and powder.
EDIT:all were in carry on bag.

The best thing to do with items that you are concerned may cause an issue is to leave them perfectly visable! I'd recommend leaving them in their containers and placing the containers in large ziplock bags. This is what they recommend for toiletries.
Trying to hide stuff is when they'd get suspicious. Don't put random pills in interior pockets of your briefcase, or place loose powder in bags, lol.
Placing things in your anus may cause concern as well..."Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, you are right." -Henry Ford

yeah, good question. I'm travelling from Toronto to Lima Peru, does any body have any idea what the supplement market is down there??? I was thinking to buy some over there instead of traveling with it, to save hassle (and money), but if there;s barely any selection or even any around, it would be less hassle to take em with me. Worst part is i'm pretty sure none of my fam down there knows about that kind of stuff so i wouldn't even know who to ask... i think i got some researching to do. If anybody knows anything, please help.
