    Salt is killer though 4.8g total. I do 4 meals a day and I can easily make my last meal have no fat if I need to. I don't really count macros though I just make sure I get enough protein (40g a meal at least) and not too much fat <100g (probably a lot less now since I stopped eating 5 meals).
