    How much weight do you gain for every inch you grow?

    Last week I was at around 133lbs at 5 feet 4 inches tall. Today I woke up and weighted myself. As of today, I'm 137lbs and about 1 inch taller. But I also look a bit leaner. So my question is, how many pounds do you gain for every inch you grow?

    Growing taller makes you look spread out, so usually you look thinner. But you don't gain weight from a growth in height. You probably ate more, or had a full stomach after you weighed yourself the second time.

    lol, you can be up to an inch taller when you wake up, compared to when you go to sleep because your spine gets compressed during the day.

    Anyway, I'll estimate about 5 pounds per inch.
