By the way these tips will probably work for everyone, but what I mean by 'young' is young adults because children/preteens should not be concerned about having curves besides most of them are still growing. Teenagers don't need 2 feel so eager or pressured 2 grow (physically) so fast, let kids stay kids.
I'm a teenager, the reason why I follow this workout is 2 become more fit and gain weight because apparently I don't eat a lot; I'm 2 skinny - Yes we shouldn't always care about other opinions, but it's my choice, fortunately I have the opportunity 2 make it and I'm not doing it for anyone else. It's definitely not a bad choice! I'll still want 2 stay as a kid/teen lol, but improve my fitness which is important as well.
