    Mz Twerksum 'Hard work pays':

    Workout:
    run 2 miles (great stress reliever)
    weight lifting
    stretching
    squat(s) is your best friend but switch it up to other varieties

    Food:
    scrambled eggs
    peanut butter
    sweet potato

    Avoid stretch marks:
    cocoa butter lotion
    vitamin e oil

    Glowing skin:
    coconut oil
    tan while wearing spf-cream

    Perfection is not important, instead achieve all of ur fitness goals and be pleased with your results. Make sure to track your progress.

    Perfection is not important and besides if u've achieved ur goals then u have the opinion to call it "perfection". I usually feel lazy to workout but after finishing I feel good and I know that it will benefit me. Health is more important but make sure to track your progress, it might not be seen in the mirror but at least u'll know that u r doing something right or wrong depending on ur results.

    By the way these tips will probably work for everyone, but what I mean by 'young' is young adults because children/preteens should not be concerned about having curves besides most of them are still growing. Teenagers don't need 2 feel so eager or pressured 2 grow (physically) so fast, let kids stay kids.

    I'm a teenager, the reason why I follow this workout is 2 become more fit and gain weight because apparently I don't eat a lot; I'm 2 skinny - Yes we shouldn't always care about other opinions, but it's my choice, fortunately I have the opportunity 2 make it and I'm not doing it for anyone else. It's definitely not a bad choice! I'll still want 2 stay as a kid/teen lol, but improve my fitness which is important as well.
