Is L-arginine worth taking? If it is how do you take it. Does it need to be cycled or do you take it year round.

Arginine is pointless unless you're using it via an IV at 30g's.. and even then it's not worth it.
Agmatine.. well, I'm not really sure about that one anymore. I didn't take it for a bit and noticed absolutely no change in pump size, nor strength/endurance. So, if that's what you're looking for it's questionable.
Agmatine is said to have other benefits. though.. so it may be worth looking into if their in fact true. Again, I noticed no change when I neglected to take it.
Personally, I believe that all NO products are BS.
If you think they work try doing this.. do your normal workout with no NO product. Measure the muscles you plan on working out before and after the workout. Then, the following week, do the same workout (same reps, same sets, same everything) but this time take a NO product. Measure muscles before and after your workout.
I can pretty much guarantee that your pump size will be the same as it was when you didn't take any NO products.
This is just my opinion based on my own experience, and that of others who have done what I mentioned.
